તમારી સવારનો હિસાબ કરો
આજનો દિવસ થોડો પાછળ ફેરવો. ફોનના alarm એ તમને ઉઠાડ્યા. ચા ના ₹15 તમે QR code scan કરીને ચૂકવ્યા. કૉલેજમાં biometric machine પર તમારી attendance નોંધાઈ. અને તમારા દોસ્તે IRCTC પર train ticket book કરી, એ દરમિયાન તમે wait કરતા હતા.
હજી તો 10 વાગ્યા પણ નથી, અને તમે 4 computer systems વાપરી ચૂક્યા છો, જ્યારે "computer" ને હાથ પણ નથી લગાડ્યો.
Exam નો question "explain applications of computers" ખરેખર તો આ જ પૂછે છે: આ બધું ક્યાં ક્યાં થાય છે, અને એમાં computer ખરેખર શું કરે છે?

એક જ line નો નિયમ
તમારે 20 fields ગોખવાની જરૂર નથી. એની જગ્યાએ એક જ નિયમ યાદ રાખો:
જ્યાં data + repetition + speed મહત્વના હોય, ત્યાં computer આવી જ જાય.
Bank આખો દિવસ money records આમથી તેમ કરે છે (data, repetition). Railways એક minute માં લાખો tickets વેચે છે (speed). Hospital patient ની history ગુમાવી ના શકે (data). કોઈ પણ field ને આ નિયમ સામે check કરો, અને તમે application ને યાદ કરવાને બદલે derive કરી શકશો.

બંને banks ના computers money ને verify, move અને record કરે છે
UPI payment ફોન → તમારી bank ના computers → NPCI ના systems → receiver ની bank ના computers, આ રીતે જાય છે, અને દરેક જગ્યાએ real time માં verify અને record થાય છે. ફોન તો ફક્ત front door છે. જો દરેક payment ને માણસ approve કરે (option C), તો 2 second ના 2 દિવસ થઈ જાય.

Exam માં, personal લાગતા examples ને formally લખો ("UPI payment systems in banking"), એ ગોખેલી list કરતાં ઘણું સારું વંચાય છે, કારણ કે તમે એની સાથે એક line ઉમેરી શકો કે computer ખરેખર શું કરે છે.
Watch out
આ સહેલા question માં marks ક્યાં ગળી જાય
"computers are used everywhere" લખીને અટકી જવું. એમાં પાંચમાંથી એક marks મળે. Examiner ને દરેક field માટે જોઈએ છે: field + concrete example + ત્યાં computer શું કરે છે. દરેક point ના 3 ભાગ. "Banking: UPI transfers, computers verify and record transactions instantly" એ full-mark line છે; "banks use computers" નથી.

દરેક field એક career નું બારણું છે
એ table ની દરેક row BCA graduates ને hire કરે છે: banking software, ed-tech, hospital management systems, e-governance projects, game studios. આગળ આવનારા subjects આ બધા સાથે જોડાય છે: databases (BCA105) banking અને railways ચલાવે છે, web development e-commerce ચલાવે છે, Python (BCA204) data analysis ચલાવે છે. તમે કોઈ list નથી ભણતા; તમે એક job map વાંચી રહ્યા છો.
