Priya ની report બસ શબ્દો છે. એના teacher નો feedback: 'process નો એક diagram, એક પ્રાસંગિક photo, અને તમારા survey પરિણામોનો એક chart ઉમેરો.'
Google Docs Insert menu અને toolbar ના દ્વારા visuals સહેલાઈથી ઉમેરે છે. બે ખાસ કરીને cloud-smart છે: તમે Docs છોડ્યા વગર એક image માટે web search કરી શકો, અને તમે તમારા Google Sheet થી linked એક chart insert કરી શકો જેથી એ data બદલાય ત્યારે update થાય.

Images, drawings, charts
- Images (Insert > Image): તમારા computer થી upload કરો, Drive/Photos થી ખેંચો, એક URL paste કરો, કે Docs ની અંદર જ web search કરો, app છોડ્યા વગર. પછી text wrapping set કરો (inline વિરુદ્ધ wrap).
- Drawings (Insert > Drawing > New): shapes, arrows, text boxes અને સાદા diagrams (એક process flow) બનાવવા એક canvas, doc માં insert કરેલો અને પછી editable.
- Charts (Insert > Chart): એક ઝડપી chart બનાવો, કે, શક્તિશાળી રીતે, એક Google Sheet થી એક chart insert કરો. એ chart linked રહે છે: Sheet નો data બદલો, Update ક્લિક કરો, અને doc માં chart refresh થાય છે.
Apps ના પાર એ live link cloud ફાયદો છે.
