તમે project build કર્યો છે; હવે આ subject placements અને professional life માટે તમારી જાત અને work present કરવાની તૈયારી કરાવે છે.

Theory

Non-verbal communication એટલે words સિવાય meaning આપતી બાબતો: body language, tone of voice, facial expression, eye contact અને posture.

'I am confident' કહીને eye contact ટાળો અને mumble કરો તો mixed અને unconvincing message જાય છે.

Theory

Softwareમાં misunderstood requirement અથવા instruction real bugs અને wasted work લાવી શકે છે.

Active listening એટલે full attentionથી સાંભળવું, સમજવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરવો અને confirmation કરવું ('so you mean...?'), એ reply plan કરતાં half-listening નહીં.

  2. તમારો tone of voice, eye contact અને body language

Show the answer

તમારો tone of voice, eye contact અને body language

Non-verbal communication words સિવાય meaning આપતી બાબતો છે: tone of voice, eye contact, facial expression, body language અને posture. Option B સાચું example છે. Options A, C અને D verbal communication છે, કારણ કે verbalમાં spoken અને written બંને words આવે છે.

Think first

Show the answer

Active listeningમાં full attention, understanding અને CONFIRMATION આવે છે: 'So you want the report grouped by month, is that right?'
