Interviewing Skills for IT Roles: understanding the interview process in software companies; technical round vs HR round expectations; STAR method for behavioral interview questions

Theory

Round

STAR: Behavioural Questions Answer

Quiz

Result (outcome)
Show the answer

Result (outcome)

Option D wrong और dishonest है: STAR YOUR actions और achievements के बारे में है।

Think first

क्योंकि एक good software professional होने के लिए TWO अलग kinds की ability चाहिए, technical competence AND दूसरों के साथ अच्छी तरह काम करने के human qualities, और इन्हें separately assess करना सबसे best है, अलग-अलग लोग हर एक पर focused, तो एक candidate पूरी तरह evaluated हो सिर्फ़ एक dimension पर नहीं।

Summary

Key takeaways
