Recordને trustworthy બનાવવું
તમે પોતે ભરેલું logbook હોય તો fair question આવે: તે સાચું છે તે કેવી રીતે ખબર પડે? તેનો answer છે signing અને verification. Logbook માત્ર self-reported નથી; તમારા workને જાણતા લોકો તેને confirm કરે છે.
દરેક અઠવાડિયે internship supervisor sign કરે છે અને faculty mentor verify કરે છે. આ two-level check recordને authentic અને trusted બનાવે છે: પછીથી બનાવેલી story નહીં પરંતુ real workનું evidence. Signatures week by week અને promptly મેળવવાની habit record credible અને assessment sound રાખે છે.

બે લોકો, બે levels પર logbook confirm કરે છે.
તમારો internship supervisor, organizationમાં તમારું work oversee કરનાર વ્યક્તિ, દરેક અઠવાડિયે logbook sign કરે છે. તેમની signature એ weekમાં recorded work actually થયું હતું તેની confirmation છે. તેઓ તમારું work directly જુએ છે, તેથી weekly sign-off meaningful evidence છે.
તમારો faculty mentor, institute તરફથી, academic processના ભાગરૂપે logbook verify કરે છે. તે logbook અને supervisor signatures check કરીને internship genuine અને on track છે તેની ખાતરી કરે છે.
અટલે record બે trusted checkpointsમાંથી પસાર થાય છે: work જોનાર supervisor અને academic oversight કરનાર faculty mentor. બંને મળીને logbookને verified અને authentic account બનાવે છે.

Logbook verify થાય છે, તેથી તેને honest રાખો. ખરેખર કરેલું work જ record કરો. Signing process authenticity માટે છે; honest અને promptly signed logbook credible રહે છે, જ્યારે inflated અથવા back-filled record નહીં.
