Internship કેવી રીતે grade થાય છે
તમારી internship vague impression પરથી grade થતી નથી; તે 4 clear componentsમાં evaluate થાય છે, જે મળીને 100 થાય છે. શરૂઆતથી scheme ખબર હોય તો કયા ભાગ પર focus કરવો તે સ્પષ્ટ રહે છે.
આ unitમાં દરેક component માટે અલગ lesson છે. આ પહેલું lesson complete scheme બતાવે છે અને પ્રથમ component, એટલે કે attendance અને participation, 20%, પર focus કરે છે. આ marks મેળવવા માટે કોઈ special talentની જરૂર નથી; reliably show up થવું અને genuinely engage થવું પૂરતું છે. ઘણા students આ marksને underestimate કરે છે.

First 20%: attendance અને participation
આ component તમારી presence અને engagement reward કરે છે. Attendance એટલે internship દરમિયાન હાજર રહેવું, regularly અને on time, full duration એટલે 120 hours માટે. Participation એટલે actively involved રહેવું: આપેલું work કરવું, contribute કરવું, questions પૂછવા અને માત્ર seat occupy ન કરવી.
બંને મળીને gradeના 20%, એટલે એક fifth, છે. આ significant છે અને સંપૂર્ણપણે તમારા controlમાં છે. Special talent નહીં, માત્ર reliability અને genuine engagement જોઈએ. Turn up કરો, punctual રહો, work કરો અને participate કરો: આ 20% તમારી બની શકે છે.

Easiest marks ગુમાવશો નહીં
Attendance અને participation તમારી controlમાં હોવાથી તે આખી schemeના easiest 20% છે. તેથી તેને automatic બનાવો: દરેક દિવસે attend કરો, સમયસર પહોંચો, અને absent થવું પડે તો supervisorને advanceમાં properly inform કરો.
માત્ર presenceથી આગળ વધો: engage થાઓ. Tasks seriously લો, unsure હો ત્યારે પૂછો, help offer કરો અને interest બતાવો. Supervisor genuinely involved intern notice કરે છે અને આ impression assessmentમાં મદદ કરી શકે છે. Reliability અને engagementથી good certificate તથા reference માટે relationship પણ બને છે. Exact criteria faculty mentor સાથે confirm કરો, પરંતુ principle simple છે: show up અને take part.

કારણ કે attendance અને participation internshipના actual objectivesનો ભાગ છે: professional reliability, engagement અને work ethic. Final report એકલી આ sustained experience capture કરી શકતી નથી.
Internshipનું learning BEING THERE અને taking partથી થાય છે. Real workplaceમાં immersed રહી observe કરવું, tasks કરવાં, colleagues સાથે interact કરવું અને professional work કેવી રીતે થાય છે તે શીખવું attendance વગર શક્ય નથી. તેથી attendance trivial formality નથી; internshipનું learning mechanism છે.
Internship responsibility, discipline અને work ethic જેવી qualities build કરવા માટે છે. Regular, punctual અને genuinely engaged રહેવું આ qualitiesને practiceમાં બતાવે છે. Real jobમાં dependable અને active worker fundamental expectation છે. Brilliant report absent અથવા disengaged રહેવાની ભરપાઈ કરી શકતી નથી.
Attendance marks internship genuine પણ રાખે છે. Student આખી experience skip કરીને અંતે report બનાવે નહીં, અને supervisor verification સાથે full 120 hours engagementની confirmation મળે. Sustained honest effortને reward કરવો fair છે અને દરેક student diligenceથી આ marks earn કરી શકે છે.
આ marks 'કશા માટે નથી'; reliable અને engaged presence માટે છે. Showing up અને participating jobનો મોટો ભાગ છે, તેથી તેને gradeમાં 20% મળવું યોગ્ય છે.
