Mat પર attend કરાતો course
કેટલાક VAC સવારે 7 વાગ્યે yoga mats પર મળે છે. કેટલાક lakeside ચાલીને waste ગણે છે. કેટલાક classroom માં બેસીને Constitution દૈનિક જીવનને કેવી રીતે shape કરે છે એની ચર્ચા કરે છે અને અંતે નાનો project આપે છે.
આ બધા legitimate 2-credit courses છે, અને એમાંથી કોઈ પણ એકસરખો લાગતો નથી.
આ variety કોઈ looseness નથી. આ delivery rule પોતાનું કામ કરી રહ્યો છે: area ને પોતાની shape નક્કી કરવા દો.
Theory
Form follows function
Gym, library અને open-air amphitheatre: ત્રણેય buildings છે, પરંતુ અંદર થતું કામ અલગ હોવાથી તેમની shape પણ અલગ છે. VAC delivery પણ આવું જ કામ કરે છે: wellness course નો practice થવો જોઈએ, environmental course field માં જઈને જોવો જોઈએ, અને civic course ની ચર્ચા થવી જોઈએ. Content architecture નક્કી કરે છે.

Rule સીધી ભાષામાં
BCA307 ને Theory, Practical, Fieldwork, Internship અને Project માંથી કોઈ એક અથવા કોઈ પણ combination દ્વારા deliver કરી શકાય છે: એ જ 5-mode vocabulary જે તમે BCA306 માં શીખ્યા.
Blend area પ્રમાણે હોય છે: wellness માટે practice-heavy, environment માટે field-heavy, અને civic તથા cultural themes માટે discussion-and-project. Mix ગમે તે હોય, frame બદલાતો નથી: 2 credits અને institute-level evaluation.

5 modes માંથી કોઈ એક અથવા combination મંજૂર છે, અને આ course એમાંથી 3 modes ને જોડે છે: sessions, field visit અને report. VAC માત્ર theory સુધી મર્યાદિત નથી. Organisation placement ન હોવાથી આ internship નથી, અને blend માત્ર practical કરતાં મોટો છે. SEC ની જેમ delivery line તમારું અઠવાડિયું કેવું હશે એ પહેલાંથી બતાવે છે.

પહેલાં વિચારો: Health & Wellness અથવા yoga VAC માં practical delivery લગભગ ફરજિયાત કેમ બને છે?

કારણ કે તેનો intended outcome information નહીં પરંતુ એક practice છે. Wellness શરીર અને routine માં રહે છે: posture, breath અને consistency. Yoga વિશેની notes વાંચવાથી તમારું શરીર પહેલાં જેટલું જ flexible રહે છે. તેથી sessions પોતે જ content છે, અને practice માં attendance કોઈ formality નથી, પરંતુ શીખવવામાં આવતી જ વસ્તુ છે. આ જ logic environmental courses ને field visits તરફ લઈ જાય છે: કેટલીક વસ્તુઓ વાંચવાની નહીં, પરંતુ કરવાની અથવા પોતાની આંખે જોવાની હોય છે.
Watch out
Skipped-session નો trap
Marks ગુમાવવાની habit એ છે કે non-lecture components ને optional માનવા: practice sessions miss કરવી, field visit skip કરવી, અથવા કોઈ બીજાનો report borrow કરવો. VAC માં આ components સામાન્ય રીતે learning અને internal evaluation બંનેનો આધાર હોય છે (ચોક્કસ split તમારી institute જાહેર કરશે). એને skip કરશો તો એક જ સાથે marks અને course નો મુખ્ય point બંને ગુમાવશો.

પસંદગી કરતી વખતે delivery line વાપરો
Basket માંથી પસંદ કરતાં પહેલાં દરેક course નું delivery blend વાંચો: સવારે 7 વાગ્યાનો practice course અને સાંજનો discussion course તમારા અઠવાડિયા પર ખૂબ જુદી demands મૂકે છે. હવે આ 5-mode vocabulary તમારા Semester 3 ના બંને framework subjects ને cover કરે છે અને આગળના project semesters માં પણ પાછું આવશે.
