Definition and Meaning, Overview

Theory

તમે તમારા project partner ને text કરો છો: "bring the report tomorrow".

Theory

Theory

Definition, exam

Communication is the two-way process by which a sender transmits information, ideas or feelings to a receiver through a channel, in order to create shared understanding.

  • shared understanding (goal એ meaning છે, delivery નહીં)

Theory

6 elements

  • Channel: જેના through એ જાય છે (speech, text, email, gesture)

Quiz

  1. Channel
  2. Feedback
  3. Context
  4. Encoding

Feedback

Think first

Show the answer

એટલે જ દરેક definition two-way પર ભાર મૂકે છે: one-way delivery માં કોઈ error check જ નથી. Feedback એ communication નો proofreading step છે.

Theory

Quiz

  1. Channel electronic છે
  3. Message verbal નથી
  4. Receivers
Show the answer

Formula

One-line exam formula

Communication = Sender + Message + Channel + Receiver + Feedback (within a Context). તમારો જવાબ definition થી ખોલો જેમાં "process", "two-way" અને "shared understanding" આવે, પછી દરેક element ને એક line માં expand કરો. આ structure જ topper ના જવાબ જેવું વંચાય.

Watch out

Marks કપાવે એવું sentence

ક્યારેય એવું ના લખતા કે "communication means speaking or giving information".

Summary

Key takeaways

  • Communication એ shared understanding માટેની two-way process છે, ફક્ત words પહોંચાડવાનું નહીં.
  • 6 elements: sender, message, channel, receiver, feedback, context.
